2013 was Wayne’s 13th season as a Mylan WTT coach, and his 12th year with the Capitals (since 2002). He started with the league in 1999 as the coach of the Idaho Sneakers.
In 2012, led Sacramento to the Western Conference championship and the Mylan WTT Finals, where the Caps lost 20-19 to the undefeated Washington Kastles.
In 2007, he led the Capitals to a record 6th title.
Was named Coach of the Year for three consecutive seasons – 2004-2006.
In 2004 wrote, “The Formula, Raising Your Child to be a Champion in Athletics, Arts and Academics”.
