Joined the San Diego Aviators for the first time in 2018, marking her sixth WTT season. Previously played for the Springfield Lasers in 2017 and 2015, New York Sportimes in 2013, Orange County Breakers in 2012 and Houston Wranglers in 2006.

This year Anna-Lena won the Volvo Car Open in Charleston (w/ Rosolska).

In 2018, she won 16th WTA doubles trophy in Stuttgart (w/Atawo) and in 2017, won doubles title in Prague and advanced to final in Toronto (w/Peschke).

Also qualified for the WTA Finals (w/Peschke) and reached the French Open mixed doubles final (w/Farah).

Two-time Grand Slam champion in mixed doubles, winning 2009 Wimbledon (w/Knowles) and the 2014 French Open (w/Rojer).

Reached a career-high ranking of No. 14 in singles and No. 7 in doubles (both in 2006).

In singles, captured 2006 Acapulco crown and made the quarterfinals of the 2006 French Open.

Represented her country in 19 Fed Cup ties, most recently in 2018.
